Iberdola halts plans for wind energy farm:

SB 232 requires the payment. It is not negotiable downward. Furthermore, the County can reject the terms of SB 232 and require instead the full tangible personal property tax of $41,000 per MW that REAL ELECTRICAL GENERATION FACILITIES are required and can afford to pay! Taxpayers already foot the bill for wind to the tune of 2/3 of all costs, and still the state had to mandate untilities buy the sporadic streams of electricity. What does that tell you, people? Wake up!
